Conversion View

The Conversion view focuses entirely on how effectively each test group moves shoppers through your purchase funnel. It highlights drop-offs, intent signals, and end-to-end conversion performance — all test group wise.

Total Visitor Count Calculation

  • Price, Image & Description Tests:Total visitors = Product visitors (only visitors to the targeted products)
  • Theme & Layout Tests:Total visitors = Store visitors
  • Shipping Tests:Total visitors = Checkout visitors (visitors who reached checkout)

Conversion Rate

What it shows: How many visitors end up purchasing.
Formula: Conversion Rate = Purchases ÷ Total Visitors

Add to Cart (ATC) Rate

What it shows: How many visitors added an item to their cart — early buying intent
Formula: ATC Rate = Add to Cart Events ÷ Total Visitors

Begin Checkout Rate

What it shows: How many visitors start the checkout process.
Formula: Begin Checkout Rate = Begin Checkout Events ÷ Total Visitors

Abandoned Cart Rate

What it shows: Visitors who added items to their cart but never started checkout
Formula: Abandoned Cart Rate = (Add to Cart Events − Begin Checkout Events) ÷ Add to Cart Events

Abandoned Checkout Rate

What it shows: Visitors who began checkout but did not complete the purchase.
Formula: Abandoned Checkout Rate = (Begin Checkout Events − Purchases) ÷ Begin Checkout Events
